Social Media Marketing Specialist (m/w/d)

The Brick Group GmbH, headquartered in Essen, brings together various companies from the construction, renovation, interior construction, and technical building equipment sectors under one roof. The company group includes, among others, the Tank & Becker company group, a well-established provider of commercial interior construction, renovation, and technical building equipment. Additionally, Lodewick was recently integrated into the group as a nationwide specialist in technical building equipment.

To further develop our brand presence and digital communication, we are looking for a creative, structured personality who actively shapes the visibility of the Brick Group and its affiliated companies.

Aufgaben

You will be responsible for our marketing and social media presence independently and bring your ideas into play. Your focus will be on content creation, social media, employer branding, and the further development of our digital communication.

Your tasks will include:

• SUPPORT IN EMPLOYER BRANDING AND RECRUITING MARKETING TO ATTRACT SPECIALIZED SKILLED WORKERS
• PLANNING, CREATION, AND IMPLEMENTATION OF SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT FOR LINKEDIN, INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK, AND XING
• DEVELOPMENT OF CREATIVELY FORMATS LIKE POSTS, REELS, SHORT VIDEOS, STORIES, AND CAMPAIGN CONTENT
• CREATION OF PHOTO AND VIDEO CONTENT ON CONSTRUCTION SITES, IN OUR COMPANIES, AND AT EVENTS
• TEXT DESIGN FOR SOCIAL MEDIA, WEBSITE, RECRUITING, AND INTERNAL COMMUNICATION
• IMAGE PROCESSING AND PREPARATION OF CONTENT FOR SOCIAL MEDIA, WEBSITE, AND OTHER DIGITAL CHANNELS
• Maintenance and further development of the company websites of the Brick Group and its subsidiaries in close coordination with internal departments
• ANALYSIS OF RELEVANT KPIs AND CREATION OF PERFORMANCE REPORTS
• TIGHT COOPERATION WITH THE EXECUTIVE BOARD, SALES, AND PROJECT LEAD TEAMS
• MARKETING SUPPORT FOR COMPANIES WITHIN THE BRICK GROUP

Qualifikation

• COMPLETED TRAINING OR STUDY IN MARKETING, MEDIA, COMMUNICATION, OR A COMPARABLE QUALIFICATION
• EXPERIENCE IN SOCIAL MEDIA, CONTENT CREATION, ONLINE MARKETING, OR CORPORATE COMMUNICATION
• SURE HANDLING OF IMAGE EDITING AND VIDEO EDITING SOFTWARE
• CREATIVITY, GOOD INSTINCT FOR TARGETED CONTENT, AND HIGH QUALITY STANDARDS
• INDEPENDENT, STRUCTURED, AND RELIABLE WORK STYLE
• COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND ENJOYMENT OF COLLABORATION WITH DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS
• WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL WITHIN GERMANY DUE TO OUR NATIONWIDE GROUP STRUCTURE
• DRIVER'S LICENSE CLASS B DESIRED
• READINESS FOR A PRESENCE- AND TRAVEL-THEMED ACTIVITY; CLASSICAL HOME OFFICE IS ONLY POSSIBLE IN EXCEPTIONAL CASES, AS PERSONAL EXCHANGE ON SITE AND CONTENT CREATION AT OUR LOCATIONS, CONSTRUCTION SITES, AND AT EVENTS ARE ESSENTIAL COMPONENTS OF THE POSITION
