Introduction

Excited about AI and Social Media? The STARTPLATZ AI Academy makes AI practically usable: We train individuals and companies in Cologne with practical training, workshops, and coaching on how to use AI tools. As an intern in Social Media Marketing, you will help shape how we make AI topics visible.

What you will do with us

• Content Creation & Video Production: You will develop creative content, videos (e.g., Shorts/Reels), graphics, and text posts for our channels.
• Trend scouting & Social Innovation: You will follow current trends and developments on TikTok, Instagram & Co. and bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Social Media Growth Strategy: You will support well-thought-out, organic strategies to increase our visibility.
• AI Tooling & Automation: You will use modern AI tools in your daily workflow to accelerate processes and make your tasks more efficient.

What you bring

• Digital Home: You are familiar with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube and understand what works there.
• Creativity: You enjoy developing your own ideas and implementing them in a visually appealing way.
• AI Curiosity: You find artificial intelligence exciting and want to learn how to use it for digital marketing.
• Language Proficiency: Very good German skills in speaking and writing.
• Studies or Orientation: You are studying marketing, communication, business administration, or a similar field, or are looking for an orientation internship.
