Responsibilities

Content Creation & Video Production: You develop creative content, videos (e.g., Shorts/Reels), graphics, and text posts for various platforms and authentically convey our message – also in front of the camera.

Community Management & Engagement: You actively engage with our target audience, moderate discussions, and build a vibrant digital community around AI topics.

Trend Scouting & Social Innovation: You follow current algorithm developments and trends on LinkedIn, TikTok & Co., discover new formats, and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Event & Live Marketing: You accompany events with the camera, capture the best moments, and prepare them multimodally for our channels.

Social Media Growth Strategy: You increase our visibility through well-thought-out, organic strategies and inspire more people for our AI topics.

AI Tooling & Automation: You use state-of-the-art AI tools in your daily workflow to accelerate processes and make your own tasks more efficient.

Qualifications

Digital Home: You are familiar with platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube and understand what works on them.

Creativity: You enjoy developing your own ideas and implementing them in a visually appealing way.

Courage for the Camera: You enjoy being in front of the lens and help create authentic content.

Organizational Talent: You can keep track of multiple projects and work in a structured manner.

AI Curiosity: You find Artificial Intelligence exciting and want to learn how to use it for digital marketing.

Language Proficiency: Very good German skills, both written and spoken.
