Social Media Marketing (Personal Brand - Case Study)

Hello! 👋 I am Julian, 27, founder of retentionclub - a Klaviyo agency for E-Commerce Brands. Besides the agency work, I am currently building my personal brand on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

I am currently working with professional external service providers to achieve this goal. If an opportunity arises, I would also consider alternative solutions. Someone who is close by, thinks alike, and can bring content to a level that stands out - no 08/15 social media internship, but actual responsibility from day one.

Tasks

• You will cut and produce short-form and long-form video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube & TikTok
• You will develop content ideas, formats, and series together with me
• You will ensure that each posting sits visually - thumbnails, captions, hooks
• You will plan and schedule content across all channels
• You will keep an eye on trends and bring in your own ideas
• You will help build a system that scales long-term - not just for the day-to-day work

Qualification

• You are currently studying marketing, media, communication or something similar
• You can cut. CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci - you master at least one tool
• You have an eye for aesthetics and understand why some Reels get 500 views while others get 500k
• You are at home on social media and consume not just, but analyze
• You work independently, are reliable, and don't need approval for every step
• Bonus: You have already built your own account or project
