Social Media Marketing (m/w/d)

The Hejmark GmbH is a modern, growing company that makes brands visible. We develop creative concepts, support strong companies from the region, and focus on authentic communication instead of interchangeable standard posts. Our social media presence for our companies at Hälsa House Bremerhaven should grow – and for that, we need you!

Tasks

- Planning, creation, and publication of content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & LinkedIn

- Developing creative ideas and formats matching the brand identity of our customers and Hälsa House

- Regular photo and video recordings, including basics in editing and post-processing

- Community management: responding, interacting, supporting

- Monitoring & reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs)

- Building editorial plans and coordinating with the team & management

- Supporting smaller marketing projects & possibly events

Qualification

- Experience in social media management or strong affinity & talent for content creation – we'll take juniors too!

- Secure handling of Reels, Stories, short videos & image editing

- Creative ideas, independent working style, and a good sense of trends

- Communication strength and joy in teamwork

Nice to have: Experience with tools like CapCut, Adobe or similar
