Aufgaben

Projektmanagement und Kundenverwaltung:

You keep an overview of your department, uses our project management tool to prioritize customer projects correctly and ensures that all projects are completed on time and successfully.

Erstellung von verkaufsstarken Werbetexten:

You write great sales texts for customer projects based on the marketing strategies developed by us.

Technisches Setup von Werbeanzeigen:

You set up Meta ads technically - including events, pixels, and tracking connections.

Aufbau von Landingpages & Funnels:

You build the funnels & landing pages of our customers with the help of our building systems and link them to Meta.

Eigenständiger Kundenkontakt:

You are the first point of contact for our customers. If something doesn't work, you're there - you find solutions and help make processes more efficient.

Dokumentation & Prozesssicherheit:

You document setups and workflows so that our technical knowledge remains structured in the long term.

Qualifikation

Fachliche Kompetenz:

✅ You have experience with paid social media ads - regardless of whether it's for new customer acquisition or employee recruitment

✅ You know your way around tools like the Meta Business Suite, funnel builders, or email automation

✅ You are extremely well organized and structured, so you can manage a dozen or more customer projects simultaneously

Persönliche Kompetenz:

✅ You work independently and reliably and are able to keep your project management tidy

✅ You enjoy being in contact with customers and finding solutions for all their questions or problems

Bonus, kein Muss:

✅ Experience with no-code tools or automation (e.g. Zapier, Make, n8n)

✅ Experiences with tracking tools or web design are a plus
