Social Media & Marketing - Minijob, 100 % Remote (m/w/d)

We are looking for someone who brings our Social-Media-Auftritt to the next level. Completely remote, flexible hours, directly with the founders. You don't need a corporate resume - you just need to understand how good content works today and have a desire to build it.

You take over two areas – always with clear briefings from us:

Social Media & Content (your main job)

• You build Instagram posts, carousels, and stories for our account
• You take briefed reels & ad-videos from us and edit them
• You think in hooks: you understand what stops people - and what flops
• You keep our feed consistent, fresh, and in the brand look

Sales-Support (the smaller part)

• You call interested parties from our pipeline and book appointments for our sales team
• Important: You don't sell anything yourself - you just fill friendly calendars
• You maintain the contacts neatly in CRM

Qualification

• You have a feeling for marketing - you recognize why a post works and another one doesn't. No professional level, but also no zero point.
• You live on Instagram & TikTok and know what's currently running
• You can build content yourself - ideally with Figma, or your tool of choice (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop - as long as you're comfortable with it)
• You are communicative and have no problem reaching out to someone on the phone
• You work independently and reliably - remote means you don't need someone to motivate you
• Very good German in writing and speaking
