As Social Media Marketing Manager:in (m/w/d), you can at Inkster perform the entire process from content production to monitoring of the contents you create independently and optimize, and thus become an important member of our small team!

Aufgaben

• Content-Produktion: Self-initiated posting, photographing, and filming of our natural 2-week tattoos for our social media and paid channels (either by yourself or organized in a creative shooting with yourself).
• Content-Erstellung: Creation of social media and paid content contents in Reel-, Post- and Story-format using Instagram, Canva, or Final-Cut Pro. Also, the creation of various paid content briefings.
• Monitoring: Analysis of the performance of the briefings and contents you create, as well as close cooperation with our creative strategist.

Qualifikation

• You have studied media, marketing, communication or convinced us that you don't need it
• You are familiar with the different requirements of platforms like Instagram, TikTok & Co. and enjoy spending your free time on these platforms
• Your initiative & self-reliance stand out
• You have skills in video and image editing (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Instagram, Final-Cut Pro)
• You have a sense for current trends and a strong interest in social media
• You know the difference between UGC and Video Ads, as well as organic and paid social media content
• You are communicative, team-oriented, and have an excellent creative flair and a sense for the next social media trends
• Your initiative & self-reliance stand out
• You have very good language skills in German and English
• You could start immediately, but at the latest by May 1st, 2026
