Aufgaben

Your role in the team:

You have a passion for social media, not just implementing it, but really shaping and developing it? At the same time, you work well in a team and bring your own ideas to the table?

Then you're exactly right with us.

In this role, you will take over responsibility for our social media presence after your onboarding and actively bring your own ideas into play. You develop formats, set content up, and shape how we appear outwardly as a brand.

At the same time, you're part of our marketing routine and support us in further developing our online presence: varied, creative, and practical.

Your tasks:

• Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle, von der Ideenfindung über Planung und Produktion bis zur Veröffentlichung
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung kreativer Content-Ideen sowie Mitarbeit an Redaktionsplanung und Content-Konzeption
• Eigenständige Planung, Dreh und Schnitt von Kurzvideos (Reels, TikToks etc.)
• Beobachtung von Trends sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Inhalte
• Unterstützung bei weiteren Marketingmaßnahmen (z. B. Website, Kampagnen, Immobilien-Veröffentlichung)
• Perspektivisch Übernahme eigener kleinerer Projekte im Marketing

Qualifikation

What you should bring:

• A degree or study in the field of marketing, media, design, or a comparable qualification or relevant practical experience in marketing/social media area
• A good sense for social media trends and platform logics
• Experience in creating video content (concept, shoot, and edit)
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar
• Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Motivation, Themen proaktiv voranzutreiben
• Kreativität und ein gutes Verständnis für Markenkommunikation
