Social Media Marketing Manager with a focus on Videos

We are a small, creative boutique agency with a focus on social media, content creation, short videos, and exceptional activations. We support small businesses in social media marketing with a clear vision: Providing small businesses with a big stage.

For two small, great companies, we are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager (m/f/d) in full-time as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• You develop, plan, and implement social media strategies for our clients on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

• You create content plans and are responsible for operational implementation - from the idea to the final posting.

• You coordinate shoots, video productions, and content productions together with our partners and clients.

• You manage social media campaigns (organic & paid) and develop creative campaigns and communication concepts.

• You work closely with our clients (often the owners themselves) to ensure consistent brand communication.

Qualifications

• You have at least 3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally on the agency side.

• You master the common social media platforms and tools (Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Claude etc.) with ease.

• You have a good feel for trends, storytelling, and aesthetics, whether it's content from events, construction site reels, or craftsperson trailers.

• You work in a structured manner, are communicative, and are eager to take on responsibility and deal with a wide variety of topics.

• You have good knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and AI (ChatGPT, Claude).
