We are looking for support for our Social Media Redaktion (m/w/d) for the region Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Brandenburg and Berlin.

As a Digital Marketing Agency, we increase the visibility of our clients' and act not only advisory but also take over the complete production process.

We want to avoid market stress and therefore work with long-term collaborations with fixed teams to enable early planning. Through digital time recording and an honest internal communication structure, we can react quickly to relieve the team.

With a free time schedule as well as location-independent activities, we set up the best basis for a balanced Work-Life-Balance. Through a flexible time account, plus and minus hours can be accumulated or offset to respond quickly to important or unforeseen events.

Aufgaben

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a person who can express themselves strongly, who already has experience in developing campaigns and contents. Your tasks will include idea generation, development, and production of social media content as well as ad placement for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn with performance optimization.

In your working day, you will take care of various projects from clients, answer questions, and advise on German and English. You should create target-group-specific contents in different formats and have basic knowledge of video editing.

The ad placement should succeed at the mentioned portals. Optimization potential you recognize independently and speak out self-reliant action recommendations that you implement after approval.

For content production, you should feel comfortable both in front of and behind the camera. You set up the essential people and elements skillfully on stage and can also confidently and persuasively animate yourself in front of the camera. You will appear not only on our own marketing channels but also at external projects.

• You already have experience in social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), ad placement, and Canva

• You can skillfully set up the important people and elements with the camera on stage
