Social Media Marketing Manager - Schwerpunkt Immobilien (m/w/d)

Our experienced team of architects, construction managers, and certified craftsmen ensures excellent renovation results. Supported by our own developed software, which enables precise planning and seamless coordination of all involved parties.

To drive our growth forward, we are now looking for a Social Media Marketing (m/w/d) in full-time for our projects in Hamburg.

Aufgaben

• You develop, plan, and implement Social-Media-Strategies on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• You create Content-Pläne and are responsible for the operational implementation - from the idea to the final posting and reporting.
• You coordinate Shootings and Contentproduktionen together with our partners, creators, and clients.
• You analyze the performance of the posts and campaigns and lead to optimization potential.
• You steer Social-Media-Kampagnen (organisch & paid) and develop creative communication concepts.
• You work closely with our entire team to ensure consistent brand communication in all areas.

Qualifikation

• You have min. 3 years of experience in Social Media or Digital Marketing, ideally on the agency side.
• You know the common Social-Media-Plattformen und Tools (Meta Business Suite, Swat, Creator Studio etc.) like the back of your hand.
• You have a good sense for Trends, Storytelling, and Ästhetik, whether in Interior Design, construction site reels, or crafts content.
• You work structured, are communicative, and are eager to take on responsibility and deal with different topics.
• You bring good to very good knowledge of Canva, Adobe programs, or comparable tools.
