We are looking for a Social Media & Marketing Manager (m/f/d) for our entire corporate group as soon as possible!

We are looking for a dedicated and creative personality who will manage all marketing activities of our corporate group, maintain our social media channels and websites, and authentically showcase our exciting construction projects, our products, and the daily work life of our companies.

You can expect a varied range of tasks with plenty of scope for creativity – from creative content directly on the construction site to the development and implementation of various advertising measures.

Tasks

Social Media & Online Marketing

• Independent management and further development of the social media channels of our entire corporate group

• Planning, creation, and publication of posts, stories, reels, and other social media content

• Development of creative ideas for presenting our companies, projects, and employees

• Maintenance, updating, and further development of our corporate websites

• Planning and implementation of online marketing and recruiting campaigns

• Monitoring current trends and further developing our digital external presence

Photo & Video Production

• Independent creation of photo and video material on our construction sites, for completed projects, and in daily company life

• Regular visits to our construction sites to document construction progress

• Creation and editing of videos, reels, and image material for social media, websites, and advertising purposes

• Planning and execution of photo and video shoots of our employees, projects, and events

• Professional processing and management of the created image and video material

Marketing & Advertising

• Planning, design, and implementation of marketing and advertising measures for the entire corporate group

• Creation and design of flyers, brochures, stationery, business cards, and other business documents

• Design and placement of newspaper ads, job ads, and other advertisements

• Management and further development of a consistent corporate identity

• Organization and coordination of advertising materials, signage, and other marketing materials

• Collaboration with printing companies, advertising agencies, and external service providers

• Support in the external presentation of our companies at events and trade fairs

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in marketing, media design, communication, or a comparable qualification

• Alternatively, relevant professional experience and demonstrable practical knowledge in the marketing field

• Experience with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

• Good skills in photo and video editing, as well as experience with common graphics and design software

• Creativity, a good sense of design, and a passion for developing new ideas

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge in website maintenance, such as WordPress

• Independent, structured, and self-reliant working style

• Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a high degree of reliability

• Willingness to regularly visit our construction sites and company locations

• Driver's license class B
