Social Media Marketing Manager for Startups / KMUs (m/w/d)

We are a small, creative boutique agency with a focus on Social Media, Content Creation, Influencer Marketing, and extraordinary activations. We manage small and medium-sized enterprises in the field of Social Media Marketing with a clear vision: A big stage for small companies.

To manage two small but great companies, we are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager (m/w/d) in full-time.

Tasks

• You develop, plan, and implement Social-Media-Strategies for our clients on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• You create Content-Plans and are responsible for the operational implementation - from the idea to the final posting and reporting.
• You coordinate Shootings, Reels, and Content Productions together with our partners, creators, and clients.
• You analyze the performance of the posts and campaigns and lead potential optimization opportunities.
• You steer Social-Media-Campaigns (organic & paid) and develop creative communication concepts.
• You work closely with our clients (often the owners themselves) together to ensure consistent brand communication.

Qualification

• You have at least 3 years of experience in Social Media or Digital Marketing, ideally on the agency side.
• You know the common Social-Media-Platforms and Tools (Meta Business Suite, Swat, Creator Studio, etc.) like the back of your hand.
• You have a good sense for Trends, Storytelling, and Aesthetics, whether it's food content, construction site reels, or crafts content.
• You work structured, are communicative, and are eager to take responsibility and deal with different topics.
• You bring good to very good knowledge of Canva and the Adobe programs.
