To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a Social Media Marketing Manager who will be responsible for campaigns from strategy to implementation and work closely with project management, creation, and customer teams.

Tasks

You plan, control, and implement social media marketing campaigns – from strategic conception to operational implementation.

• You work closely with Creative Design, Creative Strategy, and Performance Teams together and ensure a smooth implementation.
• You are involved in the strategic management of selected customers and support the further development of ongoing campaigns.
• You keep relevant KPIs in Organic & Paid Social under control, analyze performance data, and lead optimizations.
• You support project coordination, ensuring clear processes, clean timings, and transparent communication.

Qualification

You have at least 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in the field of Social Media Marketing or an agency.

• You have already accompanied social media projects from start to finish – from inquiry to implementation and optimization to reporting.
• You are familiar with relevant KPIs in Organic & Paid Social and understand their importance for campaign success.
• You work structured, self-responsible, and solution-oriented and bring a strong hands-on mentality.
• You enjoy customer contact and appear professionally and sovereignly.
• Communication with customers on German and English is second nature to you.
