Aufgaben

Your tasks – creative, digital, hands-on

SOCIAL MEDIA

• Development and production of content (photos, videos, reels)
• Planning & publishing our posts (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Community management
• Implementation of small campaigns & format tests
• Performance evaluation & optimization

MARKETING

• Newsletter creation
• Support for Meta Ads
• Photo & video editing
• Design of visual content (website, presentations, recruiting)
• Participation in marketing strategy & brand development

CONTENT PRODUCTION

• Video & photo shoots at the company
• Outdoor shootings at customers' locations (nationwide – occasionally, not regularly)
• Development of new visual ideas & formats

Your area of application – flexible in use & modern

You will work mainly remotely and come to us on site for content production and coordination. Outdoor shootings may occur, but they are not the norm.

Fachliche Voraussetzungen

• You have proven experience as a social media creator and produce sovereign short-form content, reels, and video stories that generate attention.
• Sure in handling common tools for content creation (e.g. Canva, CapCut or comparable software)
• Knowledge of photo/video editing
• Eye for strong images & storytelling
