You love creating content, exciting communities and harnessing the power of Social Media? You want to dive deep into the thrilling world of Startups and fully exploit your creative skills? As a leading incubator and accelerator in NRW, you'll be part of our dynamic team and help make our Startup-Community with over 1,500 supported startups and 4,000 digital connections even more visible.

Aufgaben

Become part of our Marketing Team and bring fresh wind into our digital visibility:

• Content Creation & Production: You create engaging Social-Media-Posts, produce creative Videos, write Newsletters and design appealing Landing Pages.
• Community Building & Engagement: You actively manage our Online-Community, foster interactions, set trends and develop our digital presence further.
• Event Marketing & medial Begleitung: You market Workshops, Pitch-Events and Conferences and accompany these media – from announcement to post-event reporting.
• Storytelling & Redaktion: You write expert articles, conduct interviews and tell the success stories of our Startups in an authentic and inspiring way.
• Campaign Management & Performance: You plan and launch marketing campaigns, analyze performance and optimize continuously our measures.

Qualifikation

• Your Status: You are enrolled: Student (e.g. Marketing, Communication, Media-/Communication Sciences, Entrepreneurship) OR find yourself in an orientation phase (e.g. between Bachelor and Master) and seek a orientation internship.
• Flexibility in the Internship Form: Regardless of whether it's a mandatory internship, voluntary internship during studies or orientation internship – we welcome all three forms with open arms.
• Social-Media-Enthusiasm: You live Social Media, know current trends and instinctively know what goes viral.
• Creativity & Writing Talent: You write well, design creatively and have a good eye for design and aesthetics.
• Startup Passion: You're interested in innovations, the startup scene and familiar with current tech trends.
• Work Style & Mentalität: You work motivated and independently, have a hands-on mentality and bring your own ideas actively into play.
• Tech Affinity & AI Interest: You use private or academic KI tools and are eager to dive deeper into the application of innovative technologies. WordPress, Canva & Co. are no new territory for you – or you learn them quickly.
