We are Sahm Communications, the external marketing department for medium-sized companies. From social media to websites to branding projects, we support our clients in becoming visible and growing sustainably.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Social Media Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Position: Social Media Manager (m/f/d)
Location: Dortmund
Working hours: Part-time 20 – 30 hours per week
Duration: Permanent
Start date: By agreement

Responsibilities

• Development of social media strategies for our clients from various industries
• Creation of content, including photo and video shoots on-site at the client's premises
• Research of current trends and derivation of suitable content ideas
• Analysis and reporting of results, including concrete recommendations for action
• Support of your clients as a dedicated contact person
• Creation of social media content for Sahm Communications itself

Qualifications

• Education, degree, or experience in marketing, communication, or media
• Good understanding of social media trends and relevant platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Enjoy direct customer contact and independent work
• Basic knowledge of video editing (e.g., CapCut or Premiere Pro) is an advantage
• Driver's license class B (mandatory, for on-site shoots)
• Structured, reliable working method
