Social Media Manager / Editorial Management (m/f/d)

We own some of Stuttgart's highest-reach local channels. Hundreds of thousands see our content daily. Behind the channels are two companies with one office: Endgame Entertainment (Comedy, Shows, Artists) and Lokalhelden Marketing (Meme channels, own ticketing platform). You will be our first permanent full-time editorial staff member and will help build the social media editorial department.

Both companies stand behind this position together: Endgame Entertainment produces comedy shows, live formats, and artist management, Lokalhelden Marketing produces meme channels and its own ticketing platform. Responsibilities

• Editorial responsibility for our main Instagram channel stuttgarter meme: ideas, selection, timing, feed quality
• Content production: memes, reels, stories, with own editing and AI support in the workflow
• Building and managing the editorial team: interns, working students, and freelancers will assist you
• Event-related assignments: comedy shows, concerts, collaborations with sports clubs in the region. Not just an office job
• Format development and analysis across our channels

Qualifications

• Exceptional feel for content and internet humor. You know when a joke lands
• Proficient editing (CapCut, Premiere or similar) and design basics (Canva/Figma)
• Connection to Stuttgart and fluent German
• Instinct over CV: Show us what you've built, not where you've been
