Social Media Manager/in

Paperless Life develops digital planners that help people make their daily lives easier, more beautiful, and organized.

We are a small remote team with a big vision to make digital planning so simple and aesthetically pleasing that it brings joy and real added value.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an immediate hire of a Social Media Manager or a Social Media Manager.

You won't be working in the background here. You will be a visible part of the brand, telling our story and shaping the energy that our community experiences daily.

We're looking for someone with attitude, humor, and creativity and the courage to show it all.

Tasks

• Development and implementation of a social media strategy for our channels
• Creation of creative content (Stories, Reels, Posts, Ads) including community management
• Development of recurring formats, campaigns, and story series to strengthen the brand
• Analysis of insights and continuous optimization of content performance
• Leadership and coordination of our three-person social media team
• Closely working with content and product teams as well as being responsible for brand communication

Qualification

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Social Media Manager/in
• Experience with Instagram and the creation of paid ads
• Very good skills in content production and video editing
• A keen sense for trends, aesthetics, storytelling, and brand communication
• Pleasure in being visible and building proximity to the community
• Passion for technology and digital planning
• Experience in leading and coordinating a social media team
• Self-sufficient, structured work style in a remote environment
• Teamwork ability, openness to feedback, and high self-motivation
• Fluent German in writing and speaking
