Social-Media-Manager:in (m/w/d), Part-time, 100 % Remote

NICAMA has set itself the goal of tackling the plastic crisis. Therefore, the social startup from Dresden develops and markets plastic-free natural cosmetics in combination with a 1plus1-sea-protection principle to finance global plastic cleanup projects. To reach even more people with our mission, we are looking for support for our Social-Media-Communication – with enthusiasm for content, creativity, and visibility before the camera.

Tasks

Facts:

• Start: as soon as possible / after consultation
• Scope: Work student:in, mini-job or mid-job 8-15 hours/week, with the possibility to expand working hours upon taking over additional topics
• 100 % Remote, flexible working hours

Your Tasks:

• You will manage our Social-Media-Accounts – with a focus on Instagram
• You will process content further for other networks, such as YouTube and Facebook, and occasionally LinkedIn (B2B)
• You will create independent content for Social Media – and stand in front of the camera yourself (at home with your own setup, supplemented by joint shooting days)
• You will research trends and develop ideas for formats and campaigns
• You will take over additional marketing topics, such as E-Mail-Marketing, marketing campaigns, and PR

Qualification

• You have already gained experience in the field of Social Media – ideally with references that you can show us
• You feel comfortable in front of the camera and enjoy setting content yourself
• Ideal would be to bring experience in design and video editing (e.g. Canva, CapCut or similar)
• You work independently and self-organized, but are also a team player
• You have great interest in Social Media, are up-to-date, and share our sustainable values
• You have very good German language skills on native speaker level
