Aufgaben

💡 WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• You will work eng im Team with like-minded people, who are passionate about creating viral Short-Form Content and Social Media.
• You will build accounts for the market leaders of their industry in DACH. (Brands like BLACKROLL, Seeberger, Stiftung Warentest, Spreequell, etc...)
• You have the responsibility for your own projects and have direct and significant influence on the performance of customer accounts.
• You will receive the best equipment available, so you can master new challenges and have a personal space in our Office in Berlin Mitte.

🚀 YOUR OUTPUT:

• You will develop content strategies and write high-quality scripts that go viral.
• You will organize and accompany the entire pre-production process (briefings, creator coordination, shoot days).
• You will lead productions on location and ensure that the content perfectly implements the strategy.
• You will review and optimize all videos from the video editing team before going live, so each video is performance-ready.

✨ NICE TO HAVE:

• You have experience with Paid Ads (TikTok Ads, Meta Ads) and know how to script performance content for ads.
• You have already run campaigns yourself and understand what works in the Ads Manager.
