You live Social Media? You recognize trends before they become mainstream, have an eye for good Reels and write captions that stay?

We are looking for a Social Media Manager:in who or which keeps our brand alive on Instagram, TikTok & Co. – operationally and hands-on.

Your Tasks

· Content production on site: filming with smartphone, simple cuts, image selection

· Captions writing that invite to liking, saving, and sharing

· Daily posting and story care on Instagram and TikTok (possibly other channels)

· Community management: DMs, comments, engagement building and maintenance

· Trend scouting and translating into concepts for our brand

· Close coordination with the team to campaigns, launches, and actions

What You Bring

· At least 2-3 years of professional experience in Social Media Management, ideally for a brand or shop

· Verifiable successes: accounts you have built up or significantly developed

· Safe sense for visual aesthetics, language, and brand tone

· Routine in filming and editing with smartphone (CapCut, InShot o. Ä.) – no need for training

· Experience in community management and handling customers independently

· Independent, structured working style – no micromanagement needed

· Very good German language skills, good English language skills

· Bonus: experience in the Beauty/Aesthetic industry and/or with Shopify
