Social Media Manager:in (m/f/d) in Part-time (30 hours/week)

Sasha Waltz & Guests has been an internationally renowned and successfully touring dance company for 30 years – and is at home in Berlin. We work interdisciplinarily with various artistic fields: in addition to dance, for example, performance art, music, visual arts, architecture or design. Each year we show approx. 70 performances worldwide and realize a new production as well as various artistic, socio-political and educational projects.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager (m/f/d) from May 1, 2026

Part-time (30 hours/week)

Qualification

We are looking for you:

• The relevant social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo, TikTok, Blue Sky, etc.) are your home and you know what works well
• You enjoy storytelling and content creation (writing, image editing, video creation, etc.) and have a good sense of image, text and what suits us
• You carefully manage the community for the individual channels
• English is also not a problem
• You are interested in and enjoy dance, art and culture
• You are a creative mind and proactively contribute new ideas
• You like to think about social media strategically and with a view to the future
• Analysis, monitoring and reporting are not foreign words to you
• You have high quality standards and the ability to manage various tasks and projects in parallel
• You have completed a communications degree or training with a focus on social media or comparable professional experience in this area
