Tasks

• Development and implementation of social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
• Creation, curation, and publication of appealing content on various social media platforms.
• Monitoring and analysis of the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools for optimization of future strategies.
• Interaction with the online community through responding to comments and messages as well as building relationships with followers.
• Collaboration with the marketing team to integrate social media activities into comprehensive marketing initiatives.

Qualification

• Experience in social media management, preferably in the technology industry.
• Able to develop and implement innovative social media strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy when dealing with the online community.
