IMPORTANT: As we're building our Social Media Team in Hamburg right now, personal exchange is important to us. We don't have an office yet, but we meet regularly to work together and exchange ideas. Therefore, we're looking for someone from the region who enjoys forming a strong team core with us.

Aufgaben

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

• You are responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing daily social media campaigns and strategies for our long-term customers, as well as spontaneous projects.
• You develop and implement creative strategies to reach and excite the target audience of the brand.
• You support in creating and publishing appealing content on all relevant platforms.
• You monitor the progress of activities and ensure that goals are reached.
• You analyze performance and optimize the strategy based on results.
• You're a communication expert and align with the brand, other partners, and our team.

Qualifikation

What you bring:

• Solid experience in social media management, ideally for large brands or agencies.
• In-depth knowledge of conceiving and implementing social media campaigns.
• You're familiar with current developments at Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• You've already gained experience with social advertising.
• Excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail.
• Great communication and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creativity and a sense of developing appealing content.
• A deep understanding of the target audience of the brand and the ability to activate them through social media.
• If you know how to navigate the influencer bubble - all the better!
