WHAT YOU'LL DO

• You plan and develop social media strategies together with the team, channel-agnostic
• You steer all phases of social media management – from idea generation to production to community management – independently
• You support customer communication in daily business and develop solutions for different industries and target groups
• You develop innovative social media concepts – from editorial planning to content creation to campaign steering
• You identify trends, test new tools and formats, and set innovative approaches to increase reach and engagement
• You create and analyze reports on success measurement, derive optimization potential from this, and present the results convincingly
• You analyze customer and community feedback and develop new ideas and measures for continuous improvement of cooperation and output

Job Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED

• You have at least two years of experience in social media management and have successfully accompanied various brands and projects
• You are very familiar with TikTok, know the platform's specifics, its community, and relevant content formats. You also handle Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Business Suite) confidently and set cross-channel strategies sovereignly
• You excel at customer communication, always appear professionally, and convince clients with your empathetic and solution-oriented consulting
• You have a keen sense for current developments and trends in the social media area, recognize early opportunities, and set them creatively and goal-oriented for our clients
• You are characterized by high self-motivation and learning readiness, structure yourself and your tasks independently, and maintain an overview even in dynamic phases
• You think strategically and analytically, develop sustainable growth strategies, and make data-based decisions. Analyses and reports are essential tools for you to measure success and further develop measures
• You are familiar with common social media tools and use them efficiently for planning, implementation, and evaluation of your activities
• You have very good German and English skills in writing and speaking, rounding off your profile
