Social Media Managerin / Content Creatorin (Part-time) (m/w/d)

We are Sämann – young, fast, creative. We make Baby Furniture & Textiles, which parents love: clean design, strong quality, and those "Oh wow" details that you only notice on the second glance. Our claim: products that feel good – and content that sits just as well.

Tasks

You bring our brand forward on Instagram / TikTok / YouTube Shorts etc.: with strong contents, clear strategy, and an eye for trends – without losing the brand core.

• Planning & implementation of a Content Plan (topics, formats, series)
• Content Creation: Reels/Shorts, Posts, Stories, Carousels (idea → shoot → edit → upload)
• Writing of Captions, Hooks & CTAs (preferably with SEO/Keyword view)
• Community Management (comments/Direct Messages) and tone security
• Influencer/Creator Collaborations, UGC briefings, light photo/video production
• Reporting: key figures, learnings, recommendations

Qualification

• Experience in Social Media Management & Content Creation (preferably with portfolio)
• Very good sense for Storytelling, trends, and platform logics
• Familiarity with tools like CapCut / Adobe Premiere / Canva
• Basic understanding of performance key figures (Reach, Retention, CTR, Saves, Leads)
• Independent work style, reliability, good time management
• Very good German in writing and speaking (English is an advantage)
• You're comfortable standing in front of the camera and have a lot of fun doing it
