As of 01.03., we are looking for a part-time Social Media Manager:in & Content Creator:in (m/w/d) in Hamburg.

In this role, you will be the face and voice of MUVN on social media. You will stand in front of the camera, develop content formats, set trends quickly, and bring fresh air to an industry that has long not looked at social media.

Aufgaben

• Development and implementation of our social media strategy on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
• Self-created video content from idea to cut
• Appearing in front of the camera for reels, TikToks, stories, and formats around MUVN
• Observation of trends, sounds, and formats and quick implementation on our brand
• Use of AI tools for content ideas, scripts, cuts, subtitles, and optimization
• Closer cooperation with marketing, growth, and founders
• Active input of own ideas and new formats
• Creation of reports

Qualifikation

• Experience in social media management and content creation, ideally in a startup or scale-up
• Very good knowledge of video editing and processing (e.g. CapCut)
• Safe appearance in front of the camera and enthusiasm to be seen
• Very good understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends
• Creative thinking beyond the edge and high self-initiative
• Pleasure in rethinking logistics and modern storytelling
• Able to inspire the team for content ideas – including the right portion of
