I am Albert Schneider, a self-employed personal trainer from Bielefeld and I support people in achieving their sporting and health goals. Whether my clients want to lose weight, alleviate pain or seek balance – I support them in all areas of life.

The focus of my work lies primarily on sustainable lifestyle changes without diets or other extremes. My company is growing step by step and lives strongly from personality, trust & honest communication.

I have made it my task to bring more awareness & self-responsibility into the topic of health. And exactly for that I want to use social media - to make my work, my attitude and my values visible and present myself as a company.

What I currently lack is time – especially for content implementation, editing, post-processing and platform maintenance. And exactly here I wish for support for my team.

Aufgaben

I am not looking for an anonymous workforce, but a person who enjoys content creation - works authentically - is loyal and takes responsibility - and has fun shaping my company and its values on social media.

The content should be professional, calm, clear and human. The cooperation should be honest, uncomplicated and sometimes also long-term.

The content is primarily intended for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google (company profile) and prospectively also YouTube.

Your Tasks

• Planning, implementation and further development of social media content
• Joint creation of content formats (video & photo)
• Video editing, post-processing & visual optimization
• Content planning & conceptual thinking
• Publishing & simple editorial planning
• Ensuring a consistent overall appearance

Qualification

What you should bring with you

• Experience in the field of social media / content creation
• Very good knowledge of video editing
• A good eye for aesthetics & storytelling
• Self-sufficient, structured working style
• Honest communication & reliability
• Interest in fitness, health, training & nutrition is not a prerequisite, but an advantage to easily categorize and conceptualize content.
• Mobility is important, as content shoots usually take place in the studio/office or outdoors.
