Aufgaben

What You Can Expect

• You develop, plan, and implement Social-Media-Content for ERROR - on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Content that is not scrollable.
• You design a Social-Media-Strategy that represents our brand ERROR authentically, consistently, and with genuine feeling for the scene.
• You create independent visual content: photos, short videos, graphics with a strong eye for aesthetics and a clear sense of the ERROR image language.
• You shape and produce postings independently in the ERROR CI, from idea to finished post, graphically prepared and ready to publish.
• You are text-strong and develop captions, copies, and hashtag strategies in the ERROR slang and style, either on your own initiative or with targeted use of text-KI that you set up on our language.
• You use KI-Tools for image generation (e.g. Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly) and integrate them meaningfully into your content workflow.
• You work on existing cases and projects photographically, graphically, and textually - for website and social media.
• You shape our newsletter regularly graphically and content-wise.
• You support tasks in presentations, pitches, and customer projects.

Qualifikation

What You Bring

• Studies or training in the field of media, communication, design, or a comparable field, or you can show through your portfolio that you have it.
• Experience in the field of Social Media, Content Creation, Public Relations, or PR – you know how platforms tick and what builds reach.
• A strong eye for aesthetics and visual design: You recognize immediately what fits ERROR and what does not.
• Text strength and language feeling in the social media context and subculture: You write captions that fit and refer to our slang and tone.
• Independent ability to create graphics and postings in the ERROR CI - Canva, Adobe Express or comparable tools.
• Active and reflective handling of KI-Tools for image generation and content production; willingness to test and use new technologies early on.
• Very good knowledge of Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom; basic knowledge of After Effects and Illustrator is a plus.
• Passion for events, festivals, and subculture - you are part of the scene, not just an observer.
• You think in content: You see a story in every moment that needs to be told.
• You have interest to travel, accompany our projects, and report live from on-site.
