Role Description This is a full-time position responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and executing comprehensive social media plans aligned with business objectives; • Creating engaging content (text, images, videos) that resonates with target audiences; • Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to optimize campaigns and improve performance; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate social media strategies into overall marketing initiatives; • Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform changes to ensure effective campaign execution. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; • 3+ years of experience in social media management or a related field; • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns; • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and their respective features; • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
