For our content agency Wir machen Content, we are looking for a part-time employee in the area of Social Media Management, Video Editing, and Project Organization.

We develop and produce social media content for companies and brands from a wide variety of industries – including gastronomy, shopping centers, beauty & cosmetic surgery, law firms, golf clubs, architecture, real estate, and other exciting client projects.

This makes your daily work versatile and varied: you will work on different brands, accompany content projects from organization to implementation, edit social media videos, and actively contribute your own creative ideas.

We are looking for someone who works in a structured manner, takes responsibility, and is eager to develop high-quality social media content with us and reliably support our client projects.

Tasks

Your main tasks

A large part of your work revolves around our social media productions. You will:

• Edit Reels, TikToks, and short-form videos
• Review, sort, and assign video material after our shoots to the respective projects
• Prepare raw material for editing
• Incorporate subtitles, music, sounds, and simple animations
• Learn and implement different editing styles of our clients
• Quickly incorporate corrections and client feedback
• Review finished videos and prepare them for publication
• Plan and coordinate client projects
• Keep track of deadlines and open tasks
• Prepare and follow up on video shoots organizationally
• Organize scripts, files, approvals, and content
• Support me with client support

My goal is for you to gradually take on more responsibility and be able to organize projects independently.

Qualifications

For this position, you should already have experience in video editing and be proficient in handling social media content.

What's important to me is not how many years of professional experience you have, but how good your feel is for editing, timing, storytelling, and social media.

Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, are essential for this position. You should speak German fluently, write grammatically correctly, and have a good feel for the language. This is particularly important because you will review subtitles, texts, and content, and sometimes communicate directly with clients.

You should also:

• Be able to independently edit Reels, TikToks, and short-form videos
• Be proficient with editing software like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or comparable programs
• Be proficient with Canva
• Be able to create and adapt social media graphics, simple presentations, and content assets in Canva
• Have a good sense for hooks, editing pace, music, subtitles, and tension building
• Understand social media and quickly recognize trends
• Work in a very structured and organized manner
• Be able to keep track of multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Work calmly, focused, and solution-oriented even under time pressure
• Understand quickly and implement tasks efficiently
• Take responsibility and think independently
• Communicate professionally, friendly, and confidently with clients
• Be reliable and finish tasks completely

P.S.: We predominantly edit our videos with CapCut. If you have worked with other editing software before, that's no problem – CapCut is intuitive and you can usually get up to speed quickly.
