Job Overview: As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance our online visibility and build a strong brand reputation. This includes creating and curating content, engaging with followers, monitoring analytics, and staying up-to-date with industry trends. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Uptalent.io's overall marketing goals and objectives. • Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. • Curate and moderate user-generated content, responding promptly to comments and messages. • Monitor and analyze social media metrics, using insights to inform future content and engagement strategies. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform changes, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our social media presence. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in social media management or a related field. • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including their unique features, audience demographics, and content preferences. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong analytical skills, with experience using social media analytics tools to track performance and inform future strategies. • Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software (e.g., iMovie, Adobe Premiere).
