Social Media Manager Intern

Ideas for Reels bursting in your head and the desire to put them at the service of an organic cosmetics brand? We are looking for our future Social Media Manager intern for 6 months, in Paris, as soon as possible.

Who we are

Sanoflore is an organic cosmetics brand born in the Vercors. An organic laboratory since 1986, the brand cultivates its botanical garden and formulates its treatments in the Vercors Regional Natural Park, with a headquarters in Paris.

Our treatments are certified organic, vegan, and made in France.

Within the marketing team, you will contribute to growing the brand's presence on social media.

Your missions

1. Social Media Content Creation

• Imagine concepts and formats adapted to each platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Shorts)

• Propose creative content, in line with the codes of social networks and the brand's universe

• Create static visuals, carousels, stories, and videos

• Shoot and edit short videos for Reels and TikTok

• Work on rhythm, effects, hooks, and storytelling

• Adapt campaigns, launches, product highlights, and seasonal events into digital content

2. Social Media Management and Engagement

• Schedule and publish content

• Participate in community management and exchanges with followers

• Identify accounts that talk about the brand and develop interactions with them

• Identify relevant influencer and UGC profiles

3. Monitoring and Digital Culture

• Follow beauty and lifestyle trends, viral formats, and platform evolution

• Identify news that the brand can capitalize on

• Regularly propose new concepts, angles, and content mechanics

4. Performance and Analysis

• Participate in weekly reporting and campaign reviews

• Analyze content that performs well and identify areas for improvement

• Formulate recommendations for future content

5. Digital Communication

Depending on current events and team needs:

• Write LinkedIn posts and newsletters

• Participate in the preparation and deployment of communications related to activations and events

Your profile

• Strong interest in social media, digital content, and web culture

• Mastery of Instagram and TikTok codes: formats, algorithms, engagement

• Creative, curious, and proactive, with a desire to experiment

• Responsive and agile to capitalize on trends and current events

• Proficient with creation and editing tools (Canva, CapCut, or equivalents)

• Good sense of rhythm, visuals, and storytelling

• Autonomous, organized, with a taste for teamwork

• Interest in brands, communication, and the beauty and lifestyle sectors

• Previous experience in social media or digital communication is a plus
