We are a growing video production company and develop social media strategies as well as short-form formats for companies across Germany. From large corporations to regional businesses and public clients.

Aufgaben

• Development of creative Kurzvideo-Strategien for companies from various industries
• Planning, conception, and implementation of Reels & Shorts
• Directing in a social media style (no high-gloss requirement)
• Editing, storytelling, and format development
• Analysis of performance data and optimization of existing formats
• Tight collaboration with our film team on customer projects
• Independent management of individual social media accounts

Today, a reel for a corporation, tomorrow recruiting content for a landscape gardener, next week a campaign for a city administration. No monotony of always the same topic.

We work for nationwide companies and institutions – including large corporations, banks, regional service providers, crafts businesses, as well as cities and rural districts.

• Passion for Social Media & Short-Form Formats
• Creativity + Humor with a sense of touch for corporate clients
• Understanding of trends, hooks, and storytelling
• Experience in filming & editing (software doesn't matter, we'll provide everything)
• Eagerness to take responsibility & initiative
• Strategic thinking (not just
