Job description
As In-House Social Media Manager, you will own the brand's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. You will shape content strategy, film and edit video, build campaigns, analyse performance and continuously evolve how the brand shows up online.
This role offers genuine creative ownership, strong visibility across the business, and the opportunity to become the driving force behind a large-scale real estate brand.

THE PAY:
- $80,000 - $95,000 plus 12% superannuation
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
- WFH available
- Owning and managing all social media channels across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Planning and executing strategic content calendars aligned to business goals
- Filming and editing high-quality short-form video content including reels, campaigns and agent features
- Writing strong captions using hooks, storytelling and calls to action
- Analysing performance data and optimising content using eye-tracking and audience psychology
- Building personal brands for top agents and coaching them on camera presence
- Leading campaigns for listings, recruitment, awards, launches and business milestones
- Bringing fresh ideas that drive attention, engagement and inbound enquiries
- Proven experience managing social media for a brand or business
- Strong video filming and editing capability
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook algorithms
- Confident using insights and analytics to guide decisions
- Strong copywriting skills with an understanding of hooks and attention
- Comfortable working with senior leadership and high-performing salespeople
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects
- Experience in real estate, paid ads, photography or design is highly regarded
- Work within a large, high-profile real estate brand
- Creative ownership and genuine influence over brand direction
- Work closely with directors and top performers
- Fast-paced, energetic environment with constant variety
- Your content will be seen, valued, and directly tied to business growth
- High-impact role, not a background marketing position
