Job Description

We are looking for new employees (m/f/d) for the area of Social Media Management / Online Marketing Management. You will manage various social media channels from idea to evaluation, working closely with the founder who is the face of the brand in front of the camera.

Your Areas of Responsibility:

• Planning and maintenance of the editorial calendar for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube

• Creation of posts, thumbnails, from idea to text to publication

• Translation of specialist topics from data protection, IT, and AI into understandable, appealing content

• Support for weekly video production: topic research, script preparation, recording organization, post-production

• Editing of videos and shorts as well as design of thumbnails and graphics

• Community management: answering comments and messages, fostering interaction

• Monitoring of trends and competitors, development of new formats

• Analysis of channel statistics and derivation of concrete improvements

• Support with advertising campaigns and newsletter campaigns

Job Requirements:

• Experience in social media management, privately, during studies, or professionally. Also welcome are career changers with a good feel for targeted content.

• Confident use of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube

• Experience with Canva, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable tools; video editing experience is an advantage but not a must.

• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, as well as a concise writing style

• Interest in data protection, IT, and AI; prior knowledge is not a must.

• Creativity and a structured, reliable way of working, even with fixed publishing rhythms

• You enjoy working independently and are happy to try new things.
