We are looking for a reliable and structured person (m/f/d) for the Social Media department who plans, produces and publishes our content. The position is process-oriented – with regulated procedures, clear responsibilities and structured onboarding.

The BZKI Bildungszentrum für Künstliche Intelligenz is a TÜV-certified educational institution in the field of adult education. We make Artificial Intelligence usable for medium-sized companies in order to work more efficiently and grow sustainably.

Tasks

You will take over the planning, conception, production and publication of our social media content, in particular:

Planning and maintenance of the content plan (topics, formats, posting rhythm)
Conceptual design of video formats (hook, script, sequence, variants)
Independent video production: recording, editing and quick implementation
Appearing in front of the camera and/or voice over
Publication & platform optimization
Community management
Evaluation of the results and derivation of concrete improvements

You will be trained practically and step by step in processes, tools and goals.

Qualification

Completed vocational training/studies or several years of experience
Very good written and verbal expression in German
Structured, careful and reliable way of working
Confident in video filming (smartphone/DSLR) and editing
Willingness to stand in front of the camera
Safe handling of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
