BOS Energieberatung is a growing company in the field of renewable energies. We advise homeowners and companies around photovoltaic systems, heat pumps, and government incentives.

To further develop our brand, we are looking for a Social Media Manager (m/w/d) full-time, who will creatively present our projects, customers, and successes on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.

Tasks

Your tasks

Planning, creation, and publication of content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn

Development of creative content strategies and new ideas

Creation of reels, shorts, and TikToks

Accompaniment of photovoltaic and heat pump projects on site

Filming of construction sites, customer testimonials, team events, and company life

Video editing and post-processing of image and video material

Community management and interaction with followers

Analysis and optimization of reach, engagement, and campaigns

BUILDING and strengthening our employer brand

Collaboration with sales and management

Qualification

You bring this

Experience in the field of social media marketing or content creation

Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

Knowledge of CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar programs

Creativity, initiative, and sense for current trends

Good communication skills

Driver's license class B

Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
