Social Media Manager (m/w/d) - Part-time - Leipzig & Remote

We are HeBu Investment GmbH, an investment company based in Leipzig, that not only finances companies from the Wellbeing, Vacation, Real Estate and Logistics sectors but also actively accompanies them in their management and business development.

This means real stories, relatable personalities, and a portfolio that visually and content-wise has a lot to offer. So far, we haven't shown this. We want to change this.

We are looking for an experienced person who will build this area from scratch — with genuine autonomy and the scope for design that comes with building something new.

Aufgaben

• Content-Strategie & Planung — Editorial calendar development and control, setting formats and themes independently
• Content-Produktion — Independent production of video and image material, also on-site at events and filming days
• Post-Produktion — Editing, processing and refinement of video and graphic content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube (vlogs, podcasts) and LinkedIn
• Posting & Kanalmanagement — Publishing and scheduling across all channels
• Community Management — Active exchange with the community, comments, DMs
• Analytics & Reporting — Regular evaluation of performance and derivation of concrete measures
• Projektmanagement & Administration — Coordination of content projects and related organizational tasks

Qualifikation

• At least 2-5 years of proven experience in social media management — ideally with an agency background
• Fundamental knowledge in content strategy and production (video and graphics)
• Safe handling of common graphic and video tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Canva or comparable)
• Platform competence for Instagram and TikTok — native, not theoretical
• Fluent German and very good English in writing and speaking
• Readiness for occasional filming days and events — travel readiness to a moderate extent

• Degree or study in the field of marketing, media or communication
• Experience with YouTube formats (vlogs, podcasts) B2B experience on LinkedIn
