Social Media Manager (m/w/d)

We are an independent, data-driven media agency. At our company, you will take care of two things: You plan and set up ads – and you develop content for our own channels, from the idea to the finished post. Both remote, both with the freedom to implement your own ideas.

Tasks

• Ads planning and setting: You set campaigns on Meta, TikTok & Co., play them out, keep an eye on the numbers, and optimize until they run. If you can't do that yet, we'll teach you.
• Content ideas develop: You have a feel for what works on Social and translate it into formats for our own channels.
• Content implementation: From the idea to the finished post – concept, text, cut, get it done.
• You think with us, instead of just working: What can we test, what can we improve?

Qualification

• You are enrolled as a student – ideally in marketing, business administration, communication, or something similar.
• You are at home on Social and understand the platforms from within: formats, trends, timing.
• First experience with ads or content creation – whether through internship, own channel, university project, or simply curiosity.
• You work independently and reliably – remote means trust, no micromanagement.
• You have very good German and a feel for tone.
