We are looking for someone who can bring our social media presence and that of our customers forward with substance rather than gloss. Whether you have already done this professionally or have built your own intuition, it's secondary.

🎯 Your Mission:

You are responsible for social media from idea to publication – with the expectation that content does not just look good but works.

• Content Strategy: You develop concepts and recurring formats that fit the brand and target a real audience.
• Editorial Planning: You build content calendars, keep deadlines, and ensure a constant output.
• Creation & Production: You create Reels, Stories, and Posts with tools like CapCut & Canva – and know which format works on which platform.
• Community Management: You engage in discussions, answer comments, and build real reach.
• Using Trends: You recognize trends early and translate them into content that fits the brand – instead of just following along.
• Analysis: You look at the right key figures, recognize what performs well, and lead from there.

• A sense for good content: You recognize what stops the scroll and what stays.
• First experience with social media, whether for your own channels, a side job or professionally.
• You are comfortable working with tools like CapCut, Canva, or the Instagram editor or learn them quickly.
• Structure: You plan ahead and don't lose sight even with multiple channels.
• You write well and hit the right tone for a target audience.
• You speak German fluently written and spoken.
• Your education? Irrelevant. What counts: your intuition for content and your enthusiasm to build a brand.
