Tasks

• Planning and implementing creative social media campaigns that reflect our brand values.
• Creating appealing content (text, image, video) for various platforms to reach our target groups.
• Analyzing the performance of our social media activities and creating reports to optimize future strategies.
• Interacting with our community by responding to comments and messages, building a strong online presence.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure that our social media content aligns with company goals.

Qualification

• 2-3 years of professional experience in the field of Social Media, Online/Influencer Marketing
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Media, Communication or comparable qualification
• A keen sense for social media content combined with a affinity for numbers and excellent analytical skills
• High design affinity and secure handling of tools like Canva Pro and similar platforms
• Ability to find creative solutions, high self-initiative, and reliability
• Secure handling of social media platforms and first experiences in dealing with multi-social-posting-tools and influencer marketing tools
• Excellent PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Fluent English skills – any additional European language is an asset
