Social Media Manager (m/w/d)

As Social Media Manager (m/w/d), you will take strategic responsibility for our most important customer accounts and lead our content team with a clear vision and structure. You will develop creative, data-based social media concepts, oversee their implementation, and serve as the central point of contact for our customers.

Tasks

Development and implementation of comprehensive social media strategies for our key accounts

Professional and organizational leadership and further development of our content team

Planning, steering, and quality assurance of content (text, image, video)

Analysis of relevant KPIs and derivation of optimization measures

Regular reporting and presentation of results to customers

Observation of trends, platform updates, and new content formats

Qualification

At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing, ideally in an agency

A very good sense for trends, storytelling, and brand communication

Experience in team leadership or coordinating roles is advantageous

Analytical thinking and secure handling of social media insights & reporting tools

Outstanding communication skills, customer orientation, and self-responsibility
