For a well-known client with many years of tradition and great recognition and popularity, we are looking for a:

Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities:

• Planning and execution of social media campaigns
  Creation and publication of high-quality content

• Development and implementation of User Generated Content (UGC)

• Conception and management of influencer and digital creator collaborations

• Active community management and target group-oriented communication

• Creation and maintenance of editorial plans

• Organization and coordination of photo and video productions

• Collaboration with external service providers

• Analysis of social media performance based on relevant KPIs

• Derivation of data-based optimization measures

Qualifications

Your profile:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g., Marketing Communications, E-Commerce, or Dialogue Marketing
  Alternatively, training as a Media Designer (m/f/d) or a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Media Management

• Several years of professional experience in social media management and/or content creation

• In-depth knowledge of common social media platforms

• Experience in target group-oriented communication

• Knowledge in the area of storytelling

• Experience with social media tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Meta Business Suite

• Experience in KPI analysis and performance optimization

• Very good German and English skills (C1)
