Social Media Manager (m/w/d)

InkuPlay is the legal successor organization of Phantom Gaming and builds a modern Esports- & Gaming-ecosystem with strong community focus. For our next growth step, we are looking for you as Social Media Manager (m/w/d), who makes InkuPlay a fixed presence on social media: constant, relevant, creative – with a clear understanding of Esports culture, creator content, and platform mechanics.

Your Mission

You make InkuPlay a permanent fixture on social media: constantly, relevantly, creatively – with a clear understanding of Esports culture, creator content, and platform mechanisms.

Tasks

• Planning, creation, and publication of content on TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube (Shorts), Twitch (depending on the focus)
• Development of a Content Plan (weekly/monthly planning) including themes, hooks, formats, series
• Community Management (comments, DMs, moderation, tone of the brand)
• Live-Social-Accompaniment from matches, events, boot camps, announcements (real-time posts, clips, highlights)
• Collaboration with players, coaches, content creators and the team (briefings, content shoots, guidelines)
• Support for partnerships/sponsors: asset implementation, postings, KPI reporting
• Performance evaluation: Insights/KPIs, tests (A/B), optimization of formats and posting times
• Maintenance of a small asset & template library (branding, thumbnails, reels covers etc.)

Qualification

• 1-3 years experience in social media/content field (Esports/Gaming strongly preferred)
• Very good platform understanding (especially TikTok/IG Reels/Shorts) and sense for trends without “cringe”
• Safe text feeling (German, English advantageous), good meme/community understanding
• Basic knowledge of video editing (CapCut/Premiere/DaVinci) and simple design (Canva/PS)
• You work independently, reliably, and quickly in implementation
• Bonus: Experience with Esports organizations, teams, tournaments or creator management
