Social-Media-Manager (m/w/d)

who will further develop and expand our social media presence.

Aufgaben

1. Content-Erstellung & Social Media Betreuung

• Content-Erstellung: You are responsible for the creative design and regular publication of social media posts for our platforms in line with our corporate identity and design guidelines.
• Social-Media-Betreuung: You will take over the complete care of the social media channels, from posting to continuous maintenance and further development of the profiles.
• Kreative Ideenfindung: You are actively involved in the idea development for new social media campaigns and bring your creative proposals forward.
• Community-Engagement: You ensure interaction with our community, answer comments and messages, and ensure that our values are reflected in every communication.

2. Social Media Analyse & Reporting

• Monatliche Reports: Creation of performance analyses for all social media channels.
• Wettbewerbsanalyse: Regular review and analysis of social media activities from competitors to recognize trends and adjust our strategy.

3. Content Planung & Kalendererstellung

• Redaktionsplanung: Building and maintenance of a content plan, ensuring that all posts are planned and strategically distributed in advance.
• Saisonale Kampagnen: Planning and implementation of seasonal or theme-specific campaigns.

4. Storytelling und Branding

• Erzählen von Markengeschichten: You help to tell exciting and authentic stories around the brand, going beyond the usual product posts and establishing a deeper emotional connection with the target audience.
• Visuelle Konsistenz: Ensuring that all visual elements on social media channels are consistent with the branding and CI guidelines.
• Trends und Tools: Staying up-to-date by monitoring new social media tools, trends, and technologies that can be integrated into the existing strategy.

Optional: SEO und Hashtag-Strategie

• Hashtag-Recherche: Selection of relevant hashtags to increase visibility and reach, based on current trends and specific target groups.
• SEO-Optimierung: Optimization of texts and image descriptions on social media with a view to search engine optimization.

Qualifikation

• Social-Media-Native mit Praxiserfahrung: You have a strong interest in social media, bring 1-3 years of practical experience in professional content creation, and are comfortable on all relevant platforms.
• Kreativität: You have a good eye for design and can create appealing contributions that align with our brand values.
• Kommunikationsstärke: You can express yourself clearly and creatively both in writing and visually, and know how to address different target groups.
• Teamgeist: You work well in a team and can actively bring your ideas forward.
• Selbstständigkeit: You have a structured work style and bring initiative to drive projects forward and optimize them.
