We are GORNATION - a sports brand from Münster, founded in 2015 with the mission to strengthen Calisthenics worldwide. Our products are used in over 100 countries - from training equipment to streetwear. We work closely with athletes, think functionally and set high standards.

We are looking for you: A Social Media Manager who strategically plans content, develops channels, and actively shapes our community. You keep an eye on trends, performance, and timing - from the idea to publication to analysis.

Working model: Full-time on-site in Münster, because creative exchange, content production, and fast coordination work better live.

Aufgaben

• Content Creation & Editing: Create and edit high-quality photo- & video content with Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva & CapCut, representing GORNATION and our athletes & products positively.
• Filmen & Fotografieren: Plan and produce independent content - behind the scenes, campaigns, events & shootings - with a sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and the brand.
• Social Media Management: Plan, create, and post daily content on our channels and challenge your posts to the status quo.
• Content Performance optimieren: Understand algorithms, trends & automation, to maximize organic reach.
• Copywriting & Texten: Write appealing captions, blog articles, and newsletters with error-free spelling.
• Kontakt zu Influencern & Athleten: Communicate with our partners for collaboration posts on Instagram, content creation, and feedback to their content.
• KI & Automatisierung nutzen: Use KI-supported processes to work efficiently and optimize daily in marketing.
• Organisation & Teamarbeit: Structure social media tasks & work closely with the marketing- & e-commerce team together.

Qualifikation

• Leidenschaft für Calisthenics & Fitness: You feel the scene. You understand our target group, speak their language, and can create content that really feels authentic.
• Erfahrung mit Kamera, Foto & Video: You have an eye for aesthetics and are confident in handling camera & smartphone. Whether photo shoot or event video production - you know how to capture emotions visually.
• Sicher im Editing & Content-Design: You work routinely with tools like CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Canva. You can turn raw material into high-quality, brand-strong content.
• Social Media ist dein Spielfeld: You know the latest TikTok- & IG-trends, understand the logic of viral formats, and how to build organic reach. You think not in posts - you think in reach & fans.
• Stark im Schreiben: You write error-free on German and English. Your captions, hooks, and headlines sound like you - not like ChatGPT. You hit tone & timing.
• Selbstständigkeit & Ownership: You don't need management. You steer yourself, bring output, and report if you see obstacles - before they become problems.
• Prozessdenken & Automatisierung: You use tools & systems (e.g., ChatGPT, CapCut-automations or scheduling tools), to work efficiently - and optimize your own workflows continuously further.
• Kommunikationsstärke & Teamfit: You work closely with athletes, influencers, designers, and marketing together. You are organized, reliable, and have no hesitation in preparing a shooting, snapping the camera, and getting started.
