Tasks

• You create emotional, inspiring content with an alpine character for the social media channels of our hotels in Germany and Austria, maintain and optimize these.
• You sense trends, develop creative ideas, and continuously shape our social media strategy to make people enthusiastic about mountains.
• Community management is not a foreign word for you.
• You plan, organize, and maintain our influencer marketing with love for detail, an eye for aesthetics, and a sense of the special.
• Creation of ads according to specifications, as well as scheduling, maintenance, and optimization of META, TikTok, and Pinterest Ads.
• Evaluation of campaigns and channels, creation of reports, and benchmark analysis.
• Active participation in the marketing team and support for further marketing measures, including website maintenance and idea generation.

Qualification

• A completed degree in marketing, communication, tourism, or a related field with relevant professional experience in social media management.
• Visual and emotional creativity, with a strong sense of storytelling.
• Tech affinity and openness to new tools and platforms.
• A developed sense for design and video, image language, and high-quality content.
• Experience in planning, controlling, and evaluating influencer collaborations, as well as with Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, Premiere, etc.
• Your independent and quality-conscious work style rounds out your profile
